"I needed a helmet and had in my mind an idea of what I was looking for. I chose to go to cycle gear because they have such a large selection IN STOCK! I wasn't sure if I would buy a helmet that day, even though I was in the market to buy a helmet. I went in with an open mind and told Katie that I had ideas on a direction but I let her ask all her qualifying questions and give me options based on her expertise. She had me try a couple helmets on (because lets face it, 90% of a helmet is whether it fits properly or not) and I got an educated opinion from that. I found a helmet style, completely different than what I thought I wanted, then found a helmet I liked in that style and the price was right too. What more could you ask for? It was literally a perfect buying experience."
